Due Diligence and Viability Reviews

We can carry out Due Diligence and Viability Reviews to provide essential information to the following:-

The company - Where it is underperforming, or in crisis, we will initiate an immediate review of its financial performance, operating dynamics, and management issues
A prospective investor/banker – identify current security risks and consider whether the continuance of lending or advancing further funding
Trustees of pension funds - advise on the ability to repay a pension fund deficit within the constraints of the Pension Regulator
