Robert Coe

Robert is the senior and founding partner of Wilder Coe.
Within the practice Robert’s key role is advising on corporate finance transactions including mergers and acquisitions, pre flotation restructuring, fund raising and business financing.
Robert has vast experience in the public arena, having acted as non executive chairman of Stirling Group plc, senior independent director of Hercules Property Services plc, finance director of Probus Estates plc, finance director of New Media plc during its transition from Ofex to AIM and finance director of Hardy Amies plc.
Currently Robert is a non executive director of City Financial Associates Limited, a corporate finance adviser who are NOMADs to a number of AIM listed companies.

Tim Cook
Email Tim
Tax partner Tim Cook joined the firm in 1996. He now heads up
the Wilder Coe personal tax department.
In addition to managing the personal tax team, Tim handles tax
returns, capital gains tax, trusts, inheritance tax and Inland
Revenue investigations.
His areas of expertise include tax planning, pensions, emigration
and trusts. He works primarily with entrepreneurs, families and
gentry.

Stephen Landy

Managing partner Stephen has been with the firm for more than
20 years.
He actively works within the audit department and provides business
advice covering audit, accounts and general tax enquiries.
Stephen specialises in property, entertainment, and the legal
profession sectors, in addition to being a director of a public
company and chairman of the remuneration and audit committees.

Mark Saunders

With almost 30 years accountancy experience, Mark Saunders has been with Wilder Coe since 1984.
Technical areas of expertise include audit, the preparation of financial statements, corporate taxation, business planning, and the UK management of subsidiaries of US Companies with Sarbanes Oxley compliance work. He also deals with IFRS related matters and acts as an advisor to Family firms.
Client sectors include property, entertainment, retail, financial industry clients, charities and the timber trade. Mark also has a continued interest in the Financial Sector and carries out Financial Services Authority audits.
Mark is responsible for IT at Wilder Coe and is also the nominated Money Laundering Reporting Officer which has led him to act as a Consultant on the Money Laundering Regulations.
Now sitting on the global board, Mark was instrumental in gaining membership of the firm to Integra, an International association of accounting firms.

Michael Bordoley

Audit Partner Michael has been with Wilder Coe since 1991.
As an audit partner, Michael is responsible for advising clients
on budgetary control and forecasts.
Although working across a broad sector range, Michael specialises
in SMEs, family businesses, travel agencies and insurance brokers
and charities.
He specialises in advising on all aspects of furthering a business
from the day to day running to specialist areas and dealing with
legislation.

Jitendra Pattani
Email Jitendra
Jitendra joined Wilder Coe as an Audit Supervisor in 1991 and was promoted to Partner in 1996.
As an experienced General Practice Partner of Wilder Coe, Jitendra is responsible for advising clients on a range of audit, accounts and general tax issues. He has a varied portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients covering many business sectors. Jitendra has particular expertise in the hotel and retail fashion sectors and acts for a number of high net worth individuals in these areas.
In addition to General Practice work, his other areas of technical expertise include corporate finance transactions work, including due diligence on acquisitions and disposals and forensic accounting work. Jitendra has undertaken a number of due diligence assignments for clients and also has experience of Reporting Accountants’ work for a main market flotation of a client in the health and fitness sector. Jitendra has acted as Joint Auditor and Reporting Accountant with a Big Four Firm in relation to pre-flotation due diligence work.
Recent special assignments include:
- advising on the £50 million sale of a substantial hotel in Central London; and
- acting as part of an expert witness team assisting the High Court of Justice in relation to a client’s claim for damages against a major Utilities company, where substantial damages of £2.7m were awarded by the High Court.
Together with Stephen Landy, Jitendra is also responsible for monitoring the firms compliance with audit regulations and ensuring that professional work is carried out to the highest technical and professional standards. This attention to detail is reflected in the firm’s performance in independent quality control reviews.

Bee Chew
Email Bee
Bee has been a partner in Wilder Coe since 2005.
Her main areas of expertise lie in the corporate arena
where she has many years experience in audit, financial
reporting and taxation.
She has advised clients at all levels, including multi
national groups, on the design and implementation of
financial management systems and is particularly adept
at complex I.T. structures and internal controls.
She has acted as principal in due diligence, forensic accounting
and valuation assignments.
As well as being a Chartered Accountant Bee has a degree
in Law from Kent University and a Masters Degree in Finance
from Strathclyde University. She is also
an associate member of the Society of Share and Business Valuers.
Bee is also responsible for the firm's graduate recruitment
and training within the audit team.

Norman Cowan
Email Norman
Norman Cowan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1967.
He joined one of the big six firms, and after working in
commerce for two years, took a placement in the USA with
Blue Cross Medical Insurance, carrying out hospital audits
on behalf of the US government.
On returning to the UK in 1973, he joined the Insolvency
Department of Spicer and Pegler. In 1979 he formed his
own practice, Norman Cowan & Associates, and soon after
started taking Insolvency appointments. He merged his practice
in December 2000 with Wilder Coe and now heads up its Business
Recovery Department.

Melanie Troiano is the Client Relationship Director at Artaius Ltd. Her role involves taking responsibility for providing on going support for existing clients and developing new client relationships both in the UK and with inward investment companies into the UK.
Working across a range of clients, Melanie is a fully qualified Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Association of Accounting Technicians.
Melanie’s professional background is predominantly from general public practice but has also held financial controller roles in a corporate environment.

Ian Saunders

Ian has managed the statutory department at Wilder Coe since 1997.
Additionally he is managing director of Artaius Company Services
Ltd, the specialist company formation and company secretarial arm
of the Wilder Coe group.
Ian specialises in company formation and compiling and updating
statutory records on behalf of clients for the stock exchange or
Companies House. He also acts as a nominated secretary when required
by clients.
Primarily working with SMEs, Ian advises a number of specialised
sectors on company formations and statutory consultancy, including
accountancy and legal firms.
