Ian has managed the statutory department at Wilder Coe since 1997. Additionally he is also a director of Artaius Ltd, the Company Services Division of which is the specialist company formation and company secretarial arm of the Wilder Coe LLP group. He became a partner in 2010. Ian is a Chartered Secretary with 25 years experience of Company Secretarial and Formation matters. He advises companies of all sizes on compliance under the Companies Acts, the drafting of resolutions and specialist clause as well as giving insight generally regarding aspects of company law. Ian also acts as the nominated company secretary for public companies and has experience of filing this role for AIM listed vehicles. Artaius Ltd also acts as Corporate Registrars for a number of large clients. |
