Michael has been an audit partner with Wilder Coe LLP since 1991, when his previous practice Percy Phillips & Co merged with the firm. In addition to Audit, Michael advises clients on forecasts, budgets and reviews as part of added value services. Michael has many years of experience in advising family businesses and SME’s on financial matters and with “hands-on” assistance. He has had particular experience with travel agencies, insurance brokers, metal traders and recycling, and charities. |
