Robin joined Wilder Coe LLP in 1999 after graduating from Nottingham University, and became a partner in 2005. Robin is also a Director of our sister business Artaius Limited, based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
Robin's primary role is to provide accounting and taxation support to start-ups, SMEs and the UK subsidiaries of overseas businesses. He acts for a wide range of businesses including some international brands. Robin has particular experience in the IT hardware and services sectors, fashion retail, property development and property investment.
Robin also has extensive experience acting for property investment companies, including Corporation Tax and VAT issues in relation to sale and purchase transactions. He has also performed due diligence on acquisitions and corporate valuation exercises in this field.
Robin is committed to helping clients ensure that their accounting systems are both tailored to their specific requirements and are as effective as possible. This includes advice on the optimal use of accounting software, enhancing internal procedures and controls, production of concise and timely management reports, and interpretation of this data.
