Robert Coe, senior partner at London based Chartered Accountants, Wilder Coe LLP,  has been appointed to host the expert panel speaking at a worldwide accountancy conference in China. The conference is being hosted by Integra International, a worldwide organisation of accountancy firms and will be held in Hong Kong at the end of October. Robert is one of five experts who will speak on the issues of raising funds in different regions of the world.  He will be assisted by legal expert Toby Stroh of lawyers Druce and Attlee.  Other panel members include corporate finance specialists from Australia, the United States and Europe.

Robert comments “The conference aims to help other accountancy firms across the globe to understand the issues surrounding the raising of funds in different parts of the world.  My role is to give a greater understanding to the audience on raising funds in the UK and London’s AIM market specifically”

Robert will advise on raising funds for transactions including mergers and acquisitions, pre flotation restructuring and business financing.

He has vast experience in the public arena, having acted as non executive chairman of Stirling Group plc, senior independent director of Hercules Property Services plc, finance director of Probus Estates plc, finance director of New Media plc during its transition from Ofex to AIM and finance director of Hardy Amies plc.
