Norman has accepted Insolvency appointments for the last 28 years, having obtained extensive expertise in this discipline and built a reputation for giving clear and constructive advice. He has written numerous articles and lectured to professionals on this subject. This expertise covers a wide range of industries and professions of differing sizes and characteristics.

With his wealth of experience in identifying financial problems Norman has been involved in assisting the development of distressed businesses providing a firm strategy to encounter financial challenges by providing practical and workable solutions.

Norman accepted appointments from the Nationwide Building Society, as a Law of Property Act Receiver, in respect of onerous properties which were in mortgage default

Andrew joined the firm in July 2006 and was made an Associate in December 2007.

With over 15 years of experience in the insolvency profession, Andrew has worked on all types and sizes of insolvencies from individuals through to multi-national companies. Andrew initially started with Grant Thornton and joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2000, where he passed the Joint Insolvency Examination Board Exams in December 2001.

Andrew is an Insolvency Practitioner, licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, and is also a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and the Insolvency Practitioners Association, where he sits on the Press and Publications committee.
