For individuals the situation is invariably sensitive, since creditors are of both a business and domestic nature, and the matrimonial home may be at risk.

The services we offer include the following:-

• Viability Review
  Review a business to establish viability and a managed turnaround to profitability, without the need for a forced insolvency procedure. This could include rescheduling payments to creditors, factoring or re-financing.
• Voluntary Arrangement
  Put in place a Voluntary Arrangement, whereby creditors can agree to accept a payment of less than 100p in the £ of their debt. This will avoid bankruptcy and the seizure of personal assets.
• Bankruptcy
  Should bankruptcy ensue, we can advise of the position of the matrimonial home, and negotiate with the Trustee regarding the purchase of the bankrupt’s equitable interest.
