- Viability Review
Review a business to establish viability and a managed turnaround to profitability, without the need for a forced insolvency procedure. This could include rescheduling payments to creditors, factoring or re-financing. - Voluntary Arrangement
Put in place a Voluntary Arrangement, whereby creditors can agree to accept a payment of less than 100p in the £ of their debt. This will avoid bankruptcy and the seizure of personal assets. - Bankruptcy
Should bankruptcy ensue, we can advise of the position of the matrimonial home, and negotiate with the Trustee regarding the purchase of the bankrupt’s equitable interest.
