During this unprecedented and difficult period, where this country and the whole world is learning how to deal with the Coronavirus this is to reassure you that we will be responding carefully and appropriately, taking into consideration the latest Government advice in protecting the health and safety of our team members, visitors and clients. This is of paramount importance to us and we have, therefore, put the following plans in place to help protect them and to continue to provide our clients with the best service possible under rapidly evolving circumstances.
Should the need arise, as seems very likely now, all of our client facing team are able to work remotely and so we believe we are very well positioned to be able to continue to deliver the best possible service and maintain business as usual.
If we have a meeting scheduled with you either in our offices or elsewhere, we will, wherever possible, conduct those meetings via video or telephone conferencing. We will contact you to make any changes to arrangements already in place.
We will endeavour to meet any agreed dates for the delivery of any work that is in progress but should there be an unavoidable delay we will inform you promptly.
We will continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation and the latest advice from the Government and Public Health England. Should our plans change in the future to reflect new developments in guidance we will publish further updates here as appropriate
Please contact your usual client partner as appropriate should you have any questions or need to keep us informed of how to maintain contact with you.
On behalf of everyone at Wilder Coe we sincerely hope that you, your families and friends stay well over the coming weeks.
