Jitendra Pattani

Managing Partner

Jitendra’s portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients covers a wide range of business sectors, with particular focus and expertise in the hotels, renewable energy and fashion retail sectors, where he acts for several high net worth clients with an international presence. Jitendra offers his clients technical expertise in areas that encompass corporate finance; including the due diligence of acquisitions and disposals and forensic accounting.

He has notable experience of Reporting Accountants’ work where he acted as Joint Auditor and Reporting Accountant with a Big Four Firm in relation to the pre-flotation due diligence work for a main market flotation.

Special assignments undertaken by Jitendra include advising on overall refinancing facilities of over £450 million for a substantial hotel Group in Central London; advising on the £260 million acquisition of a hotel in Central London; advising on the £100 million sale of a hotel in Central London; advising on the portfolio sale of a collection of solar farms with a gross deal value of in excess of £50 million and acting as part of an expert witness team assisting the High Court in relation to a client’s claim for damages against a major Utilities company, where substantial damages of £2.7 million were awarded by the High Court in a landmark case.

Jitendra joined Wilder Coe in 1991 as an Audit Supervisor and was appointed as the firm’s Managing Partner in 2017. He heads up Wilder Coe’s India desk, and in 2010 was awarded a British Government full Scholarship to attend an Executive Programme at the IM Ahmedabad, acclaimed as India’s Harvard, and ranked as one of the top international business schools. Through the programme, Jitendra gained valuable practical insight into the Indian markets, and was able to cultivate a valuable network of contacts, aiding both Wilder Coe Ltd and our clients in business dealings in India.

Bee-Lean Chew

Partner

Bee provides her clients with a clear and understandable presentation of fact, in all matters relating to Forensic Accounting. As an experienced member of the Forensic Accounting team at Wilder Coe Ltd, Bee can support you with personal and corporate investigations.

Her expertise extends to the greater corporate arena where she has years of experience in audit, financial reporting and taxation. She has advised clients of all sizes, including multi-national groups, on the design and implementation of financial management systems and is particularly adept at complex I.T structures and internal controls. She frequently acts as the principal in due diligence, forensic accounting and valuation assignments.

Bee also provides CPD training to solicitors and fellow business professionals.

Bee trained with Wilder Coe and became a Partner in 2005.

As well as being a Chartered Accountant, Bee has a degree in Law from Kent University, a Masters Degree in Finance from the University of Strathclyde and is an ICAEW-accredited Forensic Accountant.

Mark Saunders

Partner

Mark provides a comprehensive and committed service to his clients. His wide range of experience means he is equally able to advise business start-ups, family-owned/managed businesses and multinational organisations from a range of industry backgrounds. Mark’s technical services include audit, preparation of financial statements, corporate taxation, business planning and advice.

As an expert in preparing businesses for sale, Mark advises owners on all aspects from ‘Heads of Sale’ agreements to taxation consequences and the final contract. In addition, he has a wealth of experience carrying out Due Diligence relating to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).

Mark has served as the Global Chairman of Integra International, a global association of independent accounting firms and regularly travels to attend international conferences and network with fellow Integra members. Our membership of Integra provides our clients with a global advantage, as we can make strategic introductions on your behalf to Accounting, Taxation and Business Consulting experts around the world.

Mark joined Wilder Coe in 1984 and became Partner two years later.

Robert Bradman

Partner

Robert qualified in Scotland as a Chartered Accountant in 1998 and joined Wilder Coe in 2004 after having spent four years in New York working for a firm of Certified Public Accountants.

Robert was appointed an Audit Partner in 2010 and since 2014 has combined this role with heading up our Accounting Support department.

Robert provides both advisory and compliance services to his corporate clients, working closely with them on a range of areas including advising on business structure and providing financial analysis. Robert provides audit, accountancy and corporate tax compliance services to his clients, ensuring they comply with their statutory and legal obligations.

Alexander Boorman

Audit Manager

Alex is experienced in the preparation and audit of statutory accounts as well as the preparation of company Corporation Tax returns.

His portfolio includes clients within a diverse range of industries including software, manufacturing, fashion, consultancy and property investment and development. Alex prides himself on working together closely with clients to create practical solutions whilst assisting them to achieve their business objectives.

Alex joined Wilder Coe in August 2012 after graduating from the University of Southampton where he studied Physics. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in August 2015. Since then he has become an Audit Supervisor at the firm and is responsible for the provision of training to new audit trainees as well as providing technical support.

Arik Rubens

Audit Supervisor

Arik qualified as a chartered accountant in 2020 and subsequently joined Wilder Coe having worked as an external auditor with exposure to a range of businesses. He has a strong accounting knowledge built through experience in the preparation and audit of statutory accounts, both IFRS and UK GAAP.

This experience coupled with an educational foundation consisting of a BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kent and an MSc in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School has provided him with the knowledge to offer accounting support to businesses of varying sizes and industries.

Caryl King

Senior Audit Manager

Caryl is experienced in the fields of Audit and the preparation of financial statements, having worked with a variety of businesses across a large portfolio of clients.

Most notable is her extensive work with property investment and development companies that has developed her understanding of the challenges facing these companies and the wider industry. As a consequence, Caryl is able to provide effective and valuable solutions to clients in order to facilitate their continued growth.

Caryl joined Wilder Coe in January 2008 after graduating from the University of York, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in December 2010. She has since become Senior Audit Manager and amongst other responsibilities, is a key provider of training for new audit trainees as well as providing technical support for changes to accounting and auditing standards.

Charlotte Hawes

Audit Manager

Charlotte has experience in the supervision and preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts including tailored client specific analysis and service charge accounts as well as the audit of statutory accounts and preparation of Corporation tax returns for companies.

Charlotte also has experience with charity independent examinations, charity audits and advisory work, looking after the majority of the firms charity clients.

She has a portfolio of clients from a wide range of industries including, property investment and development, manufacturing, media, entertainment, IT and charities including owner managed businesses through to large multinational organisations.

Charlotte joined Wilder Coe in September 2010 after completing her A-levels. She completed the AAT qualification followed by ACA qualification in October 2015. After having briefly left Wilder Coe, she re-joined as Audit Supervisor in March 2016. She has since become a manager at the firm.

She joined Wilder Coe in August 2014 after completing an MSc in Corporate Strategy and Governance at the University of Nottingham. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in August 2017 and subsequently become an Audit Supervisor at the firm.

Isabel has knowledge of how various companies operate in a wide range of industries, including fashion, manufacturing and retail, renewable energy and the hotel and leisure industry. This variety has given her an understanding of how to provide support and assistance to companies of various sizes and at different stages of development.
