Jitendra Pattani's portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients covers a wide range of business sectors, with particular focus and expertise in the hotels, renewable energy and fashion retail sectors, where he acts for several high net worth clients with an international presence. Jitendra offers his clients technical expertise in areas that encompass corporate finance; including the due diligence of acquisitions and disposals and forensic accounting.

He has notable experience of Reporting Accountants’ work where he acted as Joint Auditor and Reporting Accountant with a Big Four Firm in relation to the pre-flotation due diligence work for a main market flotation.

Special assignments undertaken by Jitendra include advising on overall refinancing facilities of over £450 million for a substantial hotel Group in Central London; advising on the £260 million acquisition of a hotel in Central London; advising on the £100 million sale of a hotel in Central London; advising on the portfolio sale of a collection of solar farms with a gross deal value of in excess of £50 million and acting as part of an expert witness team assisting the High Court in relation to a client’s claim for damages against a major Utilities company, where substantial damages of £2.7 million were awarded by the High Court in a landmark case.

Jitendra joined Wilder Coe in 1991 as an Audit Supervisor and was appointed as the firm’s Managing Partner in 2017. He heads up Wilder Coe’s India desk, and in 2010 was awarded a British Government full Scholarship to attend an Executive Programme at the IM Ahmedabad, acclaimed as India’s Harvard, and ranked as one of the top international business schools. Through the programme, Jitendra gained valuable practical insight into the Indian markets and was able to cultivate a valuable network of contacts, aiding both Wilder Coe Ltd and our clients in business dealings in India.

Bee-Lean Chew provides her clients with a clear and understandable presentation of fact, in all matters relating to Forensic Accounting. As an experienced member of the Forensic Accounting team at Wilder Coe Ltd, Bee can support you with personal and corporate investigations.

Her expertise extends to the greater corporate arena where she has years of experience in audit, financial reporting and taxation. She has advised clients of all sizes, including multi-national groups, on the design and implementation of financial management systems and is particularly adept at complex I.T structures and internal controls. She frequently acts as the principal in due diligence, forensic accounting and valuation assignments.

Bee also provides CPD training to solicitors and fellow business professionals.

Bee-Lean Chew trained with Wilder Coe and became a Partner in 2005.

As well as being a Chartered Accountant, Bee has a degree in Law from Kent University, a Masters Degree in Finance from the University of Strathclyde and is an ICAEW-accredited Forensic Accountant.

Robert Bradman qualified in Scotland as a Chartered Accountant in 1998 and joined Wilder Coe in 2004 after having spent four years in New York working for a firm of Certified Public Accountants.

Robert was appointed an Audit Partner in 2010 and since 2014 has combined this role with heading up our Accounting Support department.

Charlotte has experience in the supervision and preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts including tailored client-specific analysis and service charge accounts as well as the audit of statutory accounts and preparation of Corporation tax returns for companies.

Charlotte also has experience with charity independent examinations, charity audits and advisory work, looking after the majority of the firms' charity clients.

After graduating from the University of Surrey with a first-class degree in Economics, Daniel Proctor began his accountancy career by joining Wilder Coe’s audit trainee programme in 2013.  

After completing his ACA qualification at Wilder Coe, Dan went on to hold several roles within Kent-based accountancy practices, and charities, including as Financial Controller of one of the county’s largest Diocese’ and as a trustee for a local allergy charity. This has helped him develop hands-on experience advising smaller and larger charitable organisations. 

Dan has a wide range of experience in assurance and advisory services, particularly in statutory audits, independent examinations, internal audits, statutory accounts preparation and advising on systems of controls. 

Dan believes in innovation and adoption of the latest audit technologies, helping deliver higher quality and efficient audits to clients.  

Returning to Wilder Coe as Audit Manager in 2022, Dan has responsibility for a portfolio of clients covering a range of sectors, including the renewables, legal, not-for-profit and real estate sectors. He works with Charlotte Willmore in the Charities team to deliver practical solutions to Wilder Coe’s not-for-profit clients on the assurance and advisory side.

Isabel Yau has experience in the preparation of statutory accounts, audit of statutory accounts and preparation of the Corporation Tax returns for companies.

She joined Wilder Coe in August 2014 after completing an MSc in Corporate Strategy and Governance at the University of Nottingham. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in August 2017 and subsequently become an Audit Supervisor at the firm.
