Partner

Bee provides her clients with a clear and understandable presentation of fact, in all matters relating to Forensic Accounting. As an experienced member of the Forensic Accounting team at Wilder Coe Ltd, Bee can support you with personal and corporate investigations.

Her expertise extends to the greater corporate arena where she has years of experience in audit, financial reporting and taxation. She has advised clients of all sizes, including multi-national groups, on the design and implementation of financial management systems and is particularly adept at complex I.T structures and internal controls. She frequently acts as the principal in due diligence, forensic accounting and valuation assignments.

Bee also provides CPD training to solicitors and fellow business professionals.

Bee trained with Wilder Coe and became a Partner in 2005.

As well as being a Chartered Accountant, Bee has a degree in Law from Kent University, a Masters Degree in Finance from the University of Strathclyde and is an ICAEW-accredited Forensic Accountant.

Ian Saunders

Partner

Ian is expertly positioned to advise clients on all matters pertaining to Company Secretarial services and Company Formation. His ability to communicate the types of structure that are available to you, coupled with his professional understanding of which structure would benefit your business best makes his support a highly sought after commodity.

Ian advises companies of all sizes on compliance under the Companies Acts and UK governance; the drafting of resolutions and specialist share capital and Articles clauses, as well as providing insights on general aspects concerning company law. He also acts as the nominated company secretary for public companies and has experience of filling this role for AIM listed vehicles.

Ian has managed the Wilder Coe Statutory department since 1997 and became Partner in 2010. In addition, Ian served as a Director of Artaius Ltd, the specialist outsourcing, formation and company secretarial arm of the Wilder Coe group before its merger back into the Wilder Coe business.

Mark Saunders

Partner

Mark provides a comprehensive and committed service to his clients. His wide range of experience means he is equally able to advise business start-ups, family-owned/managed businesses and multinational organisations from a range of industry backgrounds. Mark’s technical services include audit, preparation of financial statements, corporate taxation, business planning and advice.

As an expert in preparing businesses for sale, Mark advises owners on all aspects from ‘Heads of Sale’ agreements to taxation consequences and the final contract. In addition, he has a wealth of experience carrying out Due Diligence relating to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).

Mark has served as the Global Chairman of Integra International, a global association of independent accounting firms and regularly travels to attend international conferences and network with fellow Integra members. Robert Bradman

Partner

Robert qualified in Scotland as a Chartered Accountant in 1998 and joined Wilder Coe in 2004 after having spent four years in New York working for a firm of Certified Public Accountants.

Robert was appointed an Audit Partner in 2010 and since 2014 has combined this role with heading up our Accounting Support department.

Robert provides both advisory and compliance services to his corporate clients, working closely with them on a range of areas including advising on business structure and providing financial analysis. Robert provides audit, accountancy and corporate tax compliance services to his clients, ensuring they comply with their statutory and legal obligations.

Audit Manager

Alex is experienced in the preparation and audit of statutory accounts as well as the preparation of company Corporation Tax returns.

Alex prides himself on working together closely with clients to create practical solutions whilst assisting them to achieve their business objectives.

Alex joined Wilder Coe in August 2012 after graduating from the University of Southampton where he studied Physics. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in August 2015. Since then he has become an Audit Supervisor at the firm and is responsible for the provision of training to new audit trainees as well as providing technical support.

Senior Audit Manager

Caryl is experienced in the fields of Audit and the preparation of financial statements, having worked with a variety of businesses across a large portfolio of clients.

Most notable is her extensive work with property investment and development companies that has developed her understanding of the challenges facing these companies and the wider industry. As a consequence, Caryl is able to provide effective and valuable solutions to clients in order to facilitate their continued growth.

Caryl joined Wilder Coe in January 2008 after graduating from the University of York, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in December 2010. She has since become Senior Audit Manager and amongst other responsibilities, is a key provider of training for new audit trainees as well as providing technical support for changes to accounting and auditing standards.

Charlotte Hawes

Audit Manager

Charlotte has experience in the supervision and preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts including tailored client specific analysis and service charge accounts as well as the audit of statutory accounts and preparation of Corporation tax returns for companies.

Charlotte also has experience with charity independent examinations, charity audits and advisory work, looking after the majority of the firms charity clients.

She has a portfolio of clients from a wide range of industries including, property investment and development, manufacturing, media, entertainment, IT and charities including owner managed businesses through to large multinational organisations.

Charlotte joined Wilder Coe in September 2010 after completing her A-levels. She completed the AAT qualification followed by ACA qualification in October 2015. After having briefly left Wilder Coe, she re-joined as Audit Supervisor in March 2016. She has since become a manager at the firm.

Faye has worked with Wilder Coe since joining us in 2008 as a Senior Accountant, where she provided her clients with practical, professional advice on a range of management accounting issues. After spending many years as a Manager with our Stevenage based team, she now focuses her experience and knowledge as our Head of Cloud Accounting.

By understanding our client needs and having a passion for cloud accounting, Faye’s biggest success for Wilder Coe has been to introduce and utilise technology that improves the efficiency of our service delivery and end-to-end processes within the firm.

Not only does she manage all aspects of our cloud accounting software, she also looks after the on-boarding process of new clients within our Accounting Support department in Stevenage and counsels client training sessions on bookkeeping systems, alongside delivering on-going support for the whole firm.

She joined Wilder Coe in August 2014 after completing an MSc in Corporate Strategy and Governance at the University of Nottingham. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in August 2017 and subsequently become an Audit Supervisor at the firm.

Kasia started out in the world of payroll over 10 years ago and genuinely loves all things payroll. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her and she is always prepared to go the extra mile for her clients. She is a very motivated individual who prides herself on building strong relationships with clients.

She has gained her payroll experience at various industries including recruitment, construction & engineering, aviation, hospitality, film and music. She has had opportunities to run differently sized payrolls and has been fully responsible for many projects including implementing new payroll software as well as preparing clients for RTI and Auto Enrolment.

Kasia joined Wilder Coe Ltd in September 2013 as Payroll Controller and has since moved up to Payroll Manager in 2016. She is based in our Stevenage office.
