Pauline Hudd

Partner

Pauline Hudd provides clients with practical advice and pragmatic solutions in relation to all aspects of stamp taxes. Her wide-ranging experience on corporate and real estate transactions means that she gives bespoke advice tailored to the needs of clients, whether they are major multinationals, financial institutions or individual investors.

She has a proven track record in delivering outcomes on unwinding complex structures, working alongside lenders on re-financing projects and supporting corporate trustees and offshore lawyers in managing transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

She has also supported administrators and liquidators on assets disposals to realise value from property portfolios. In addition, she has worked extensively on public sector projects, ranging from urban regeneration to student accommodation out-sourcing. Her considerable expertise comes from her 14 years in practice at KPMG and through her previous role as Assistant Controller at HMRC Stamp Office.
