Chairman & Statutory Director
Jitendra Pattani's portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients covers a wide range of business sectors, with particular focus and expertise in the hotels, renewable energy and fashion retail sectors, where he acts for several high net worth clients with an international presence. Jitendra offers his clients technical expertise in areas that encompass corporate finance; including the due diligence of acquisitions and disposals and forensic accounting.
He has notable experience of Reporting Accountants’ work where he acted as Joint Auditor and Reporting Accountant with a Big Four Firm in relation to the pre-flotation due diligence work for a main market flotation.
Special assignments undertaken by Jitendra include advising on overall refinancing facilities of over £450 million for a substantial hotel Group in Central London; advising on the £260 million acquisition of a hotel in Central London; advising on the £100 million sale of a hotel in Central London; advising on the portfolio sale of a collection of solar farms with a gross deal value of in excess of £50 million and acting as part of an expert witness team assisting the High Court in relation to a client’s claim for damages against a major Utilities company, where substantial damages of £2.7 million were awarded by the High Court in a landmark case.
Jitendra joined Wilder Coe in 1991 as an Audit Supervisor and was appointed as the firm’s Managing Partner in 2017. He heads up Wilder Coe’s India desk, and in 2010 was awarded a British Government full Scholarship to attend an Executive Programme at the IM Ahmedabad, acclaimed as India’s Harvard, and ranked as one of the top international business schools. Through the programme, Jitendra gained valuable practical insight into the Indian markets and was able to cultivate a valuable network of contacts, aiding both Wilder Coe Ltd and our clients in business dealings in India.

Robert Bradman qualified in Scotland as a Chartered Accountant in 1998 and joined Wilder Coe in 2004 after having spent four years in New York working for a firm of Certified Public Accountants.
Robert was appointed an Audit Partner in 2010 and since 2014 has combined this role with heading up our Accounting Support department.
Robert provides both advisory and compliance services to his corporate clients, working closely with them on a range of areas including advising on business structure and providing financial analysis. Robert Bradman provides audit, accountancy and corporate tax compliance services to his clients, ensuring they comply with their statutory and legal obligations.

Ian Saunders is expertly positioned to advise clients on all matters pertaining to Company Secretarial services and Company Formation. Andrea manages the Credit Control department at Wilder Coe, as well as providing Credit Management Services to clients as an outsourced function.
Andrea Hooper has gained her credit control experience in an Import/Export company where she spent almost 5 years working closely with both customers and suppliers. Charlotte has experience in the supervision and preparation of statutory accounts, and management accounts including tailored client-specific analysis and service charge accounts as well as the audit of statutory accounts and preparation of Corporation tax returns for companies.
Charlotte also has experience with charity independent examinations, charity audits and advisory work, looking after the majority of the firm's charity clients.
She has a portfolio of clients from a wide range of industries including, property investment and development, manufacturing, media, entertainment, IT and charities including owner-managed businesses through to large multinational organisations.
Charlotte Willmore joined Wilder Coe in September 2010 after completing her A-levels. She completed the AAT qualification followed by the ACA qualification in October 2015. After a brief stint at another firm, she re-joined as Audit Supervisor in March 2016. Since then, Charlotte has continued to progress her career at Wilder Coe through several more promotions, and as of October 2024, stepped into the position of Audit Partner.

As Practice Manager, David deals with all non-client matters. He also manages Wilder Coe's back office including facilities management and internal accounting functions, whilst overseeing the Internal Finance, Admin Support and Client Onboarding teams across London and Stevenage.
After graduating from Newcastle University, he qualified as a Management Accountant before spending many years in senior financial positions across several manufacturing companies in the South East of England.
Joining Wilder Coe in 2006 as the Practice Accountant, David became Practice Manager in 2009.

Head of Cloud Accounting
Faye Thompson has worked with Wilder Coe since joining us in 2008 as a Senior Accountant, where she provided her clients with practical, professional advice on a range of management accounting issues. After spending many years as a Manager with our Stevenage based team, she now focuses her experience and knowledge as our Head of Cloud Accounting.
By understanding our client needs and having a passion for cloud accounting, Faye’s biggest success for Wilder Coe has been to introduce and utilise technology that improves the efficiency of our service delivery and end-to-end processes within the firm.
Not only does she manage all aspects of our cloud accounting software, but she also looks after the onboarding process of new clients within our Accounting Support department in Stevenage. Faye Thompson counsels client training sessions on bookkeeping systems, alongside delivering ongoing support for the whole firm.

Jamie Muirhead joined Wilder Coe in August 2018 after graduating from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Natural Sciences. Jamie is a Chartered Tax Advisor and Chartered Accountant after completing the ACA/CTA joint programme with Wilder Coe in 2021. Jamie was promoted to Assistant Tax Manager in 2022 and now takes on the mantle of Tax Manager at Wilder Coe.
He has a portfolio of clients including non-UK resident company landlords, high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, the self-employed and owner-managed businesses.

Assistant Company Secretarial Manager
Justine has worked alongside Ian Saunders for over 24 years. She joined Wilder Coe in 1998 and helped develop Artaius Ltd specialising in outsourcing company formation and technical work to firms of solicitors and accountants before its merger back into Wilder Coe business. In January 2024, Justine become the Assistant Manager within the statutory department.
She provides guidance to UK companies on compliance under the Companies Acts and UK governance. Justine has experience in drafting share capital documentation, dormant accounts, company formations, resolutions, minutes, changes in officers, maintaining company registers and all matters connected with UK Companies filing requirements with Companies House.
Payroll Manager
Kasia Field started in the world of payroll over 10 years ago and genuinely loves all things payroll. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her and she is always prepared to go the extra mile for her clients. She is a very motivated individual who prides herself on building strong relationships with clients.
She has gained her payroll experience at various industries including recruitment, construction & engineering, aviation, hospitality, film and music. She has had opportunities to run differently sized payrolls and has been fully responsible for many projects including implementing new payroll software as well as preparing clients for RTI and Auto Enrolment.
Kasia Field joined Wilder Coe Ltd in September 2013 as Payroll Controller and has since moved up to Payroll Manager in 2016. She is based in our Stevenage office.

After graduating from the University of Liverpool in 2012 with a history degree, Laura Christensen joined Wilder Coe in 2013 as an audit administrator. Whilst working in the audit department, Laura studied and completed the AAT in 2017, and the ACA in 2020 and is now an Audit Supervisor.
Her experience lies in the preparation of statutory accounts, audit of statutory accounts and Corporation Tax returns. Laura is also responsible for leading our audit training programme which runs two intakes each year.
