Faye Thompson Promoted to Partner and Head of Accounting Support

Wilder Coe is pleased to announce that Faye Thompson has been promoted to Partner and Head of Accounting Support.

In her new role, Faye will oversee the strategic direction and growth of the Accounting Support department, with a focus on innovation, client service, and digital transformation. Since joining Wilder Coe in 2008 she has been instrumental in enhancing the firm’s service offerings and supporting clients through periods of significant change.

Since joining the firm in 2008 as a Senior Accountant, Faye has progressed through several key roles, including leading the firm’s migration from Sage50 to Xero and managing a large client portfolio as Accounting Support Manager. She now serves as Head of Cloud Accounting, overseeing the firm’s cloud accounting systems, client onboarding, and internal training. Her expertise includes accounting automation, cloud advisory, app integrations, and improving business efficiencies.

This promotion reflects her significant contribution to the firm and the continued growth of the Accounting Support department. At a time of continued expansion for Wilder Coe, under Faye’s leadership, the Accounting Support team has helped numerous clients adapt to new regulatory requirements and embrace technological advancements.

She has played a leading role in many areas, including supporting clients with digital transformation and driving the firm’s expansion within the renewable energy sector, while maintaining a strong focus on delivering consistently high‑quality client service.
