Mark’s technical services include audit, preparation of financial statements, corporate taxation, business planning and advice.
As an expert in preparing businesses for sale, Mark advises owners on all aspects from ‘Heads of Sale’ agreements to taxation consequences and the final contract. In addition, he has a wealth of experience carrying out Due Diligence relating to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
Mark joined Wilder Coe in 1984 and became Partner two years later.
