Wilder Coe appoints Daniel Djanogly as New Forensic Accounting Partner.
Wilder Coe is delighted to announce the appointment of Daniel Djanogly as a Forensics Partner at its City of London office. Daniel brings over 30 years of specialist experience in forensic accounting and dispute resolution, further strengthening Wilder Coe’s capabilities in complex commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
Daniel is one of the UK’s rare dual-qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Arbitrator, recognised for expertise and experience in contested accounting, financial loss, share valuation issues in M&A, shareholder, partnership and other complex disputes, and fraud.
Claimants, defendants, or both, appoint Daniel as an independent forensic accountant across a wide range of industries to provide advisory services for settlement purposes through to opinion evidence as an expert witness in ADR procedures and High Court litigation. He is accredited by both the ICAEW and The Academy of Experts and has testified in numerous High Court proceedings and ADR forums.
In addition to his forensic work, Daniel is an experienced expert determiner and arbitrator. Parties appoint Daniel as an expert determiner to resolve disputes in relation to completion accounts, purchase price adjustment, deferred consideration, and contested share valuations. As an arbitrator, he is appointed by the parties to resolve their business disputes by arbitration. The arbitrations deal with liability, damages, quantum, interest, and costs, are conducted on an ad hoc basis or under institutional rules and are subject to English arbitration law. He serves on the Panel of Arbitrators of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
