Corporate Social Responsibility

Wilder Coe aims to improve and inspire relationships with the local community and support grassroots initiatives.

We believe in making positive changes that matter.

We advocate a team of Sustainability Champions to encourage and promote Corporate Social Responsibility within the firm.

Environment. We encourage activities throughout the company that reduce our environmental impact. By monitoring our processes, we cut down on paper and electricity waste and implement recycling policies across our offices. Looking to the future, we are turning our focus onto green energy initiatives.

Andrea Hooper is our ‘Captain Planet’ and shares her top tips to improve daily recycling habits and encourage a sustainable lifestyle. Catch up and watch her video below.

Employees. We are on a mission to deliver a safe, cohesive and diverse working environment that values every team member. To attract the best talent, we are an equal opportunities employer – guaranteeing that no employee or applicant is subject to unlawful discrimination.

We evoke inclusivity through internal committees and groups that share suggestions to improve the business. Mental health and wellbeing is a focal point for us and, we encourage healthy lifestyle choices.

Community. We regularly support charities that are important to our employees and are committed to fundraising for at least four different charities each year. We are always looking out for new opportunities to add positive value to the local and wider community.
