Partner & Statutory Director
Ian Saunders is expertly positioned to advise clients on all matters pertaining to Company Secretarial services and Company Formation. His ability to communicate the types of structure that are available to you, coupled with his professional understanding of which structure would benefit your business best makes his support a highly sought after commodity.
Ian advises companies of all sizes on compliance under the Companies Acts and UK governance; the drafting of resolutions and specialist share capital and Articles clauses, as well as providing insights on general aspects concerning company law. He also acts as the nominated company secretary for public companies and has experience in filling this role for AIM-listed vehicles.
Ian Saunders has managed the Wilder Coe Statutory department since 1997 and became a Partner in 2010. In addition, Ian served as a Director of Artaius Ltd, the specialist outsourcing, formation and company secretarial arm of the Wilder Coe group before its merger back into the Wilder Coe business.

Assistant Company Secretarial Manager
Justine has worked alongside Ian Saunders for over 24 years. She joined Wilder Coe in 1998 and helped develop Artaius Ltd, specialising in outsourcing company formation and technical work to firms of solicitors and accountants, before its merger back into the Wilder Coe business. In January 2024, Justine became the Assistant Manager within the statutory department.
She provides guidance to UK companies on compliance under the Companies Acts and UK governance. Justine has experience in drafting share capital documentation, dormant accounts, company formations, resolutions, minutes, changes in officers, maintaining company registers and all matters connected with UK Companies filing requirements with Companies House.
